Tai chi is a mind-body practices that was very popular in ancient China and has become very popular in the West.
Tai chi is a low-impact, gentle stretching, aerobic, deep breathing and very relaxing practice for strengthening and enhancing the mind and body for greater health and clarity. There are a variety of styles of tai chi; some involve slow, gentle movements, deep breathing, and meditation while others are faster moving forms.
The health benefits by the 100,000’s that practice tai chi report heightened feelings of well-being along with many other health benefits.

Classes are held on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for $15/class or $50/month.
